Laser scanning is a very effective method in obtaining source data for planning purposes or performing quality control for different stages of construction.

Depending on the location and extension of the target above the waterline, we use either a mobile laser scanner or traditional terrestrial laser scanner.

Mobile mapping system

Laser scanning, mapping and positioning systems are combined to produce a highly developed measurement system. The accuracy of the system is specifically designed for geographical surveying for planning roads, bridges, railroads, mines and other types of built environments.

With this mobile mapping system, it is possible to plan and control large projects which could not be achieved with traditional methods. These kinds of projects could be for example mapping an entire city or traffic network.

The shapes of terrain and built environments can be presented as contours, 3D-polylines, surface models or meshes. The reporting we provide can be used as source data in most engineering software.
