Civil engineer wanted!
VRT Finland Oy Ltd. performs structural inspections on underwater infrastructures, such as harbour quays, bridges, hydroelectric power plants and pipelines. The VRT field team operates in Northern Europe, utilising survey vessels equipped with multibeam echo sounders and mobile laser scanners. Field surveys result in 3D point cloud data which is processed and analysed in our headquarters in Jyväskylä – and this is where we need you!
General underwater inspections are performed visually based on the 3D data and photographs taken from the boat during survey. The technology we use is patented and unique, and if you want to, you can also participate in production development.
Underwater observations are reported in English or Finnish using a cloud-based VRT BIM online service, developed by our in-house R&D team.
